Absolutely stunning Murano glass swan in amber/yellow and gold aventurine. Believed to be made by Salviati's master craftsmen; a very rare example of its kind. Dates from around the 1950's.
Unfortunately, it has an old repair to one of its feet, a crack at the base of the tail and one of its wings has been glued back on. Despite the repairs, it is still an amazing piece and displays well, a very fine example of Venetian glass.
