A stunning and rare example of a Royal Worcester reticulated, oriental inspired vase, featuring a monkey, a deer, bamboo and cherry blossom, with stylised dragon handles. Beautifully modelled in jade green porcelain and highlighted with gold, date code for 1871.
Height just over 8 1/2" inches.
Width including handles 7 " inches.
Weight 850 grams.
Condition wise, it has suffered some damage to the base and the legs have been re-attached, but the rest of the vase is good.
